Website, quote and booking terms.

1. Quotes and estimates
Quotes, estimates and online pricing are provided in good faith based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry. They are subject to confirmation by Aircon Deep Clean Co.
If the unit condition, access, property layout, number of systems, service scope or site requirements differ from what was originally submitted, the final price, service time or recommended work may change. If that happens, we will explain it before proceeding.
2. Booking requests and confirmations
Booking times selected online are treated as requested or preferred times until they are confirmed by Aircon Deep Clean Co.
We may contact you to confirm, reschedule or clarify the booking where needed.
3. Multi-property or grouped bookings
If one customer request is split into multiple separate job cards for different properties or times, each job is managed as its own booking entry even if the jobs remain linked under one customer or booking group.
4. Access and service conditions
You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property, indoor units, outdoor units, return air grilles, filters and any relevant work areas.
If additional access limitations, faults, leaks, electrical issues or non-cleaning faults are discovered, we may recommend further work or decline work that is unsafe or outside the agreed service scope.
5. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on completion of the service. Invoices, receipts and follow-up documents may be sent electronically.
6. Cancellations and changes
If you need to change or cancel a booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can update the schedule and offer the time to another customer.
7. Website and communication use
Our website, booking forms and Facebook Messenger connection are provided to help customers request quotes, submit booking enquiries and communicate with the business. They must not be used for unlawful, misleading, abusive or spam-related activity.
